We discuss all costs/payment up-front so there are "no surprises" with billing, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $2,500 for an evaluation. However, pending insurance approval, your insurance might be taken, including: United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and straight Medicaid. All major credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted.
